Why Blockwise exists
Most crypto education falls into one of two traps: it either assumes you already know what a private key is, or it tries to sell you something. Tutorials skip the fundamentals. YouTube channels chase price action. Influencers recommend tokens they hold.
The result is that millions of people enter crypto without understanding custody, without knowing what a liquidation is, without knowing how to verify a transaction — and they pay for it. Scams, blown accounts, lost funds and tax surprises are almost always the consequence of missing foundational knowledge, not bad luck.
AI is repeating the pattern, faster. Tools that sound certain when they're wrong. “AI trading bots” promising returns no market can deliver. Deepfaked founders running giveaway scams. The skill that protects you is the same in both worlds: understand how the thing works before you trust it.

Every lesson cites primary references: IRS notices, Ethereum documentation, Uniswap whitepapers, GSMA reports. The AI tools we build are held to the same rule: show the source, or say you don't know.
We will never ask for your seed phrase, private key or wallet password, and we teach you never to paste them into an AI tool either. Every module on DeFi, P2P, wallets and AI leads with risk.
Blockwise teaches mechanics, not predictions. No price targets, no market calls, and no AI that claims to know where a price is going. Understanding how something works is different from being told what to do with your money.
Lessons are written to be read, not skimmed. Each one answers a single clear question in plain language and ends with a practical exercise. Reading is slower than video, and more durable.
Who it's for
Anyone who wants to understand crypto and AI before relying on them — or who already started and realised they skipped some important steps.
The P2P and mobile money modules are written with African markets specifically in mind, covering M-Pesa, MTN MoMo, Orange Money, and the dispute processes on Binance P2P and other platforms. If you trade where mobile money is the dominant payment rail, this is the curriculum for you.
The safety modules assume you have never heard the words “seed phrase” before. The AI guides assume you've used a chatbot but never checked its work. The investing modules assume you are managing real money and want to do it thoughtfully.
